1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 8888bd ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By creating an account, accessing any section of the 8888bd website or mobile application, depositing funds, placing bets, or participating in any promotional offer, you agree unconditionally to these Terms and to any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific rules.

These Terms are written in English and are the only authoritative version. Any informal summaries, translations, or paraphrased descriptions of these Terms are provided for convenience only and do not override the English text. In the event of any inconsistency between a summary and these Terms, the full Terms prevail.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. If you continue to use 8888bd after a revision has been posted, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 8888bd platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 8888bd is strictly an adult platform. Players under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, accessing, or using the platform in any way.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 8888bd platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 8888bd reserves the right to close all but one account, void bonus activity across duplicates, and withhold any winnings associated with the duplicate accounts pending review.

When registering your account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, valid mobile number, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must update them promptly if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8888bd account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any action taken via your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — will be treated as authorised by you unless you report unauthorised access to 8888bd support immediately.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200.
• Minimum deposit for bank transfer is ৳500.
• Deposits are processed instantly for mobile banking methods under normal operating conditions.
• 8888bd does not accept deposits from payment accounts registered in names other than your own. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be refunded to the source account minus any applicable processing fees.
• You must not deposit funds that are proceeds of criminal activity. By making a deposit, you confirm that your funds originate from lawful sources.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal above ৳5,000 can be processed. Required documents typically include a copy of your National ID Card (NID) and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within 24 hours for verified accounts under normal operating conditions. During peak periods or for large withdrawal amounts, processing may take up to 72 hours.
• 8888bd reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of anti-money laundering (AML) review if unusual transaction patterns are detected.

8888bd is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or mobile financial service provider, network outages affecting third-party payment processors, or incorrect payment details submitted by the player. It is your responsibility to ensure that all withdrawal destination details are accurate before submission.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

8888bd offers various promotional bonuses to players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spin allocations, cashback offers, and cricket-season promotional credits. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, identity verification.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The wagering requirement for each promotion is specified in that promotion's terms. Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering contributions towards bonus turnover requirements vary by game type. Sports bets and live casino bets typically contribute 100%. Slots contribution varies by title. Abuse of the 8888bd bonus system — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, collusion between players, exploitation of software errors, or any other strategy designed to extract value from promotions without genuine play intent — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings, and potential permanent banning from the platform.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8888bd platform. Engaging in any of the activities below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Registering more than one account, or allowing any other person to use your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any bet, game, or sporting event through collusion, match-fixing, insider information, or any other unfair means.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any other automated tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit promotional offers.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform's software or game engines. Any such exploitation must be reported to 8888bd support immediately; failure to report and continued exploitation constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the 8888bd platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are proceeds of criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying source code or infrastructure of the 8888bd platform.
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose, including advertising third-party services to other players without explicit written consent from 8888bd.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 8888bd support staff via any communication channel on the platform.
• Circumventing self-exclusion or account closure by registering a new account while an exclusion is active.

8888bd employs automated monitoring systems and human review teams to detect prohibited conduct. We cooperate with law enforcement agencies, financial intelligence units, and other regulatory bodies in Bangladesh and internationally where required by applicable law.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by Player: You may request the closure of your 8888bd account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before processing a closure request, we will confirm your identity and ensure that any pending withdrawals are processed to your registered payment method. Once an account is closed at the player's request, all remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned within 5 business days.

Suspension or Closure by 8888bd: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at our discretion, including (but not limited to) in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Confirmed underage registration.
• Chargebacks initiated against 8888bd by the player's payment provider.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A dormant account fee of ৳100 per month may be applied to the account balance after 12 months of inactivity. Players will be notified by SMS before any dormancy fee is applied.

Responsible Gaming Closures: Players who request account closure or self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons will have their accounts closed with priority urgency. Upon account closure by either party, the Terms & Conditions that were in force during your use of the platform continue to apply to all activity that occurred while your account was active, including the resolution of any outstanding disputes, bonus forfeiture determinations, and withdrawal processing.
